Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Albus & Pidge Ltd are under a legal duty to supply goods in conformity with your purchase, and strive to provide the highest levels of quality as possible. However, if you decide to cancel or return your order, or wish to make a complaint, please follow this information.

Right To Cancel

​

You have the right to cancel your orders within 14 days without giving any reason.

 

The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the date of delivery.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must email sales@albusandpidge.co.uk clearly stating:

​

1. Your Order Number

2. Your reason for return

3. Your name

​

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication email before the cancellation period has expired. 

​

All digital downloads are excluded from this policy and are non-refundable. 

​

Effects of Cancellation

​

If you cancel your order, we will reimburse you the costs of your purchase, minus delivery costs if applicable. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for the loss of value in any of the goods if a lost was a result of your handling. This includes, but not limited to,

​

1. Dog Hair on items

2. Strong smells (Dog, smoke, cooking)

3. Marks or stains on the items

​

Up to a 10% cleaning fee will be applied to all items that require cleaning to return them to their original state.

​

Items must be returned in their original packaging at the expense of the customer. The return address is located on each order invoice. 

 

On receipt, we will inspect all items and refund appropriate costs within 14 days.

Complaints​

​

At Albus & Pidge, we always strive for the highest standards. However, if you feel that we have not reached the quality expected and wish to submit a complaint please:

​

1. Email us at complaints@albusandpidge.co.uk with the subject header "Complaint Order Number XXX"

​

2. Add a brief description of your complaint, and the actions you would like to see to resolve your issue.

​

On receipt of your email we will endeavour to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible.
