HOW CAN I CHECK IN ON MY DOG WHILST I AM AWAY?
Feel free to call or WhatsApp whenever you want to check on your pooch! ALBUS & PIDGE also send through photos and updates throughout their stay.
MY PET HAS A SPECIAL DIET; CAN THIS BE ACCOMMODATED FOR?
Absolutely! Either provide your own food and treats or sign up to our raw or dry food feeding plan.
WHAT DO YOU SUPPLY FOR OVERNIGHT BOARDING?
We can either supply everything, or nothing! Whatever you prefer, your own bed and toys or have full use of our selection.
HOW MANY DOGS DO YOU LOOK AFTER?
At any one time we only look after one households' dog(s) with a maximum of three (unless you have an X-Large breed, in which case a maximum of two).
MY DOG IS AN ANGEL, DO I HAVE TO DO A TRIAL NIGHT?
I'm afraid so! Even angels need checking on (The council insists, we asked).
ALBUS IS A BEAUTIFUL DOG, CAN I HAVE HIS NUMBER?
Albus doesn't believe in phones, so no. Try being his assistant, he's a nightmare to get hold of.
DO YOU PROVIDE ANY OTHER SERVICES?
We are pretty flexible for any bespoke or individual request, just let us know!
WHERE DO YOU SOURCE YOUR FOOD AND TREATS?
All raw food is sourced directly from high quality suppliers, whilst we supply hypo allergenic, grain-free dry food. Natural treats only, from rabbit ears through to yak chews! If you have any preferences, let us know.
